01 · Scan

Where you stand, block by block.

Every week the agents check where you stand locally. They run the searches your customers run, from every block in your area. They read your listings, your reviews, and the shops down the street.

Nothing is drafted yet. This is the look before the work. You see the result as a rank map in your feed, with the spots worth winning marked.

02 · Plan

The scan becomes a plan.

The agents turn the scan into a ranked list of opportunities. Search volume is attached where we can get it. The gaps with the most demand go first.

That list is the week's plan. It lands in your feed before any work starts. Approve it as is, or edit it in a minute.

03 · Execute

The work gets done.

Pages written to close the gaps. Fixes shipped to the site. Your profile worked. A reply drafted for every review. The agents do the labor, in the order the plan set.

Every draft is screened for your preferences, brand voice, state rules, and platform terms. Our team reviews it. Then it waits for you. Nothing goes live until you say so.

04 · Measure

What moved gets more.

The same searches get checked again. The agents compare this week to last, spot by spot. Rankings, traffic, and reviews all count.

Week zero

First we build the site, and move you over.

Before the weekly loop starts, we build your new site and move your current one onto it. Design, build, deploy, live. Then the loop starts.

We map every URL on your old site and point it at its new home, so the links and the searches you already win keep landing on you. Rankings can move for a few weeks after any rebuild. We check them from week one and show you what we see.

What do the agents do on their own?
The scanning, the planning, and the drafting. They check your standing, rank the opportunities, and write the work. They do not publish. Anything customers can see waits for your approval.
What needs my approval?
Anything customers can see: new pages, page edits, review replies, and profile updates. The weekly plan comes to you first as well. Technical fixes show up in the feed too, so nothing happens out of sight.
How long does a week take me?
Plan on 15 to 20 minutes per week. Approvals arrive in the feed with the draft attached. Read, approve, edit, or say no. No meeting to sit through, unless you want one.
What gets screened?
Every draft, before it reaches you. It is checked against your preferences, your brand voice, state advertising rules, and platform terms of service. Our team reviews it after the software does. The gate is enforced in the software, not promised in a contract.
What if I say no?
Then it does not go live. The draft is dropped or sent back for another pass. Your reasons feed the next draft, so the work gets closer to what you want.
